Refunds and Returns

We want your ToyzArena order to arrive in good condition and match what you ordered.

Damaged or incorrect items

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of delivery at mpho.c.ndlela@gmail.com. Include your order number and clear photos of the item and packaging so we can review the issue.

Change-of-mind returns

Unused items in their original packaging may be considered for return within 7 days of delivery. Return shipping costs may be for the customer account unless the item was damaged, defective, or incorrect.

Refund timing

Approved refunds are processed back to the original payment method. Bank processing times can vary after we submit the refund.
