Refunds and Returns
We want customers to receive the correct ToyzArena product in good condition. If something is wrong with your order, contact us at mpho.c.ndlela@gmail.com as soon as possible with your order number and photos where relevant.
Damaged, incorrect, or missing items
If your item arrives damaged, incorrect, or incomplete, contact us within 7 days of delivery so we can review the issue and arrange the next step.
Change-of-mind returns
Items should be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging to be considered for a change-of-mind return. Return shipping costs may be for the customer unless the issue was caused by our error.
Refund timing
Approved refunds are processed back through the original payment method where possible. Bank and payment-provider processing times may vary.
